Why do I have to reset my password?
If you had an account on the previous version of my.guhg you will need to reset your password to access this version.
This is due to moving the system to a new home and due to data protection you are required to verify your account.
I have not received my reset password email.
The email is from email@example.com if you add this email to your contacts or safe sender list this may stop it going into your spam folder.
If you do not receive your reset password email please check your spam box. If you do not receive it within 15 mins it may be that we don't have the most recent email address for you. If this happens please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0300 123 5544.
I have clicked on the link but it it has timed out.
The reset password link is only valid for 10 minutes and can only be used once. You can request a new link above.
I didn't receive a link so I requested another one and now I have two and neither of them work.
If you request two reset password links in quick succession it can mean that the first email will become invalid. The second email should work, but if not wait 30 mins and request a new link. This should ensure a working link.
